TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT• Customer must pay 50% before work begins and 50% after sketch approval. Once work begins, no refunds are possible.• Edits are free during the sketch stage. After sketch approval, significant changes may require an additional fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY• The typical making time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks, in case of any changes the customer will be informed.• The customer may request a photo of the current state of their illustration at any time.USAGE• Customer is allowed to use the commissioned artwork for personal use, such as printing, creating icons, using it as a wallpaper, or sharing it on social media (with proper credit).• Prohibited Uses: Redistribution, reselling, or making derivatives of the artwork without artist’s explicit permission is strictly prohibited.• For commercial use, the customer must additionally pay 100% of the initial order price.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS• The artist retains full intellectual property rights to the artwork, including the right to display the artwork in their portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.• The customer is purchasing the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless a separate agreement is made for commercial use.• Whenever posting or sharing the commissioned artwork on social media or other public platforms, proper credit must be given.
